Maple Syrup

We begin by tapping the maple trees on our property.  Sap is collected and reduced in a custom designed boiler over a wood fire.  Absolutely delicious, all natural maple syrup!  We have infused some of the syrup with favourite flavours which puts a wonderful spin on this treat!
